They are super dialed in and have great systems in place for customer care. I appreciated the attention to detail they invested when looking over our items upon receipt. I felt like they had our backs in looking for any imperfections. They were like family working at our home for several days. Chris addressed issues that were not part of his scope to go the extra mile to make sure I felt supported. He responded to communication within an hour and had a plan in place for the one week he was on vacation. This company is top-notch. Two minor issues that need to be resolved and of course he has already agreed to come up and look at re-aligning a drawer and cabinet front. I would order from Lowe's again, only with this team in place.“
