I made my appointment with Shelly about a week prior to the actual cleaning. She was friendly, helpful and scheduled our carpet cleaning without any hassle. Bill showed up on time and got right down to business. He was very thorough and revised our estimate to a reasonable price for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, mostly carpeted. The difference is incredible. And they definitely use green products as there is no awful chemical smell. Carpets are just super clean. Really impressed with this company. Would absolutely call them again when I need my carpets cleaned.

I have used Hammers Deep Steam for many years after some disappointing cleaning experiences with other businesses. His work is excellent. He recently cleaned an area where my cat had brought in creatures and devoured them behind a dining table. I had tried everything to remove the blood stains without success. Hammers Deep Steam was able to remove the stain and save me from replacing the carpet. Cost is often worth the results as you mostly get what you pay for. Pay cheap, get cheap. Bill and Shelly are very professional. I have used their services 3 times already (and will continue for more), each time was an excellent job. Bill is very courteous, tidy, reliable and very very meticulous. Turn around time is as promised. No BS. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment.
