I returned from vacation to find cat urine on the majority of my couch cushions. Redwood Chem-Dry came to my house the day after I called them to pick up the cushions and treat them at their shop. I was always skeptical about getting a third party to clean your carpets and rugs; thinking I could do just as good of a job for half the price. Boy, was I wrong! Ryan with Redwood ChemDry is hands down the best in the business. They are affordable, friendly, easy to work with, punctual, use non-toxic products, and make your upholstery clean! The dirt is not pushed around like many other carpet shampooers but lifted and removed. I have been going back to Redwood ChemDry again and again because of how great they are. Ryan provided us with not only quality carpet cleaning service but was very professional when booking the appointment and while at our home. He was on time for the appointment, checked in with me if I had any questions for him before getting started, and then he got right to work. I can tell he takes great pride in his work and it truly shows after he is done! Carpet masterpiece! I would highly recommend to everyone to get their carpets cleaned by ChemDry! While this was my first time, it won’t be my last!
