“I brought my Ice-O-Matic ice maker to them to be repaired. They were super helpful and went out of their way to try and fix the machine. Unfortunately, the parts were not cost effective to do the repairs so they called me with the bad news.They did all the footwork to try and locate a cheaper part or a way to fix it, but we’re unable.When I came back to pick it up they explained everything they had tried and what the outcome was.And after all of the time and energy they put into trying to get it done, they didn’t even charge me anything. I was expecting them to charge me a service charge (Like everyone else does), but was happily surprised that they were cool enough to do me a solid and not charge a dime.Great company and more than fair !“
