Am very happy with how quick and easy everything was. Dropped my phone off and came back within the timeframe that was given. My phone was ready and waiting for me. Very pleased with the fix so far as well. Will definitely go back to this location if needed on the future!
I'm very happy with my visit to the store. The technician was very professional and friendly, and helped me with my phone. They know what they are doing and find out what was wrong with my phone and fixed in very reasonable time. They save me a lot of money!
Broke the screen on my Galaxy 23.. On backorder bc it's an older model phone. Luckily for me. They had one in stock! Made the claim at 1030. Phone was fixed by 1.! If you have Asurion insurance go directly to the website for your claim. The carriers at&t, Verizon or Tmobil won't help you bc the insurance is a 3rd party! So don't waste your time!
