Repair man was very friendly.. scheduled time changed several times, finally arrived at around 4 pm .. up to 4 hrs later, plus he appeared a little rushed, otherwise all was good ?

Service person explained that the entire top shelf could not be used and what not to keep on top shelf. Also went over settings with me. He was very helpful.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

The tech was very knowledgeable and very thorough and was very good at explaining everything to me. But my choice home warranty company refused to Allow your tech to order any parts. They refused to let your tech fix my Refrigerator they told him they would email me within 2 hours to let me know WHY. But your service was GREATService: Refrigerator/freezer repair
