“Wow, I was dreading replacing our old shake roof because last time in the early '90s it was an extremely messy and a long process. Diamond Ridge roofing did a fantastic job, got it done as expected but what impressed me most was how neat and clean the whole process was from start to finish. I never had to pick up a nail or debris. The workers were all respectful and nice. Each evening , it was hard to tell our roof had been torn off, they cleaned everything, everyday. I received text notifications of the appointment and verifications when employees in route. Plumbing manager and hvac specialist both arrived on time. The staggered appointments allowed me to focus on plumbing and HVAC separately.Both men were knowledgeable about their specialties, building codes, & advised me of best practices for my intended use & situation.They both answered questions and pointed out things to consider. No upselling involved, they simply identified my problems and proposed solutions. Because we were looking at my existing system, the plumber was especially helpful in pointing out ways that we could correct the error with the least amount of labor and cost. I felt that these employees were well-trained, polite, honest, and had good listening skills.Bland has been in business for a long time in this area, and have completed multiple major projects for friends and relatives. This is my first project with them however It has been the experience of friends and relatives that BLAND does what they say they're going to do.
