My solar inverter company notified me that my inverter would stop reporting my solar system performance due to 2&3G WiFi towers no longer in service by April. My original installer filed bankruptcy, so I was referred to Solar Negotiators for my zi code, by my inverter company.One call, I explained the upgrade I needed, & my estimate was emailed to me. I called back, scheduled the work, which Gabe completed. I have a 5 year warranty. Very easy, professional process. I appreciated that they didn’t try and upsell me any additional equipment.

The installation process and workers were very good and I am very pleased with the system. That being said, I can't comment on production since I am not connected yet to monitoring. Communication was not so good. Answers to my questions were not responded to for several days and in some cases weeks. There have been many delays because of communication and lack of follow through. An example was the placement of my batteries. I wanted them in my garage. I was told they would be installed there. Then I was told they couldn't be. I asked for the dimensions of the batteries. Jackie Healy (Manager) is very nice, polite with excellent customer service and handles any issues promptly and professionally. Luis (Roofing foreman), Justin, Marcus and Scott are very helpful, polite, knowledgeable they tackled the project very professionally/excellent team work. “Solar negotiators” is one of the best solar company in the valley.
