“Dr. Jillian Heywood is a diligent, thorough, and caring physician. She takes the time to address all of my skin concerns and discusses options to keep my skin healthy. I feel confident that she will not miss anything that could become cancerous or problematic. She emphasizes the importance of using sunscreen which I had neglected when I was younger. Their office opens very early and there is no waiting time. It is convenient to swing by on the way to work. Her friendly medical assistant documents all of my concerns and takes photos of areas that may need a biopsy. Dr Heywood always takes the time to ask if I have any more questions. I would highly recommend this Skin and Cancer Institute location. Their entire staff is courteous and helpful. My sister-in-law passed away before her time after a recurrence of melanoma. As we age, getting skin physicals twice a year is an important piece of self care. It is conveniently located at the left side of the main entrance at Dignity Mercy SW Hospital at 300 Old River Road, Suite 120. They accept Medicare Advantage Qualcare plans. Call their receptionist and verify your plan; she is very helpful in booking the most convenient appointment time for you to come in.“
