I love the nurses at LaserAway. Each time they've been knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and sweet. Honestly, the best care I could ask for! The nurses are highly skilled in the treatments and results have always been consistent.I wish I could give the Bakersfield location five stars, but the front office is just not friendly. I've been a couple of times now, and each time they've been unprofessional. I get the clear impression that I'm inconveniencing them. LaserAway Bakersfield, can we please get these girls some customer service training?

I have been on the phone with someone (mostly different) from LaserAway well over 20 x's. Yet I can not get communication. I have been in their office twice with 2 different appointments but both times I didn't end up using them. They quickly talked me into a zero interest loan company for just a laser Brazilian when I called for chin and Brazilian. It was over $2k for just a Brazilian so I asked for a refund. I had xeomin injections done at laser away. We paid for 34 units They recommended 52 units which would make a difference to my lines on forehead and around my eyes. After 2 weeks I saw very minimal differences. I went back and they suggested I do 22 more units. This time no difference. I feel it was more about the sell then it was to the actual result. This was my first time getting injections and it has really disappointed me. A lot of money was spent for little to no result. I was told by the staff sometimes it doesn't take.
