I had an amazing experience with these guys!!! Both professionals that came out were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions! They told me what needed to be done, they ordered the parts and returned to complete the job. It did take longer because they had to order parts and with all the craziness in the world right now shipping did take several days even though they put in overnight shipping. They also explained so it was no surprise...they were honest and upfront about everything they were doing! I am so glad we ordered the extended coverage!!!! THANK YOU DAVID AND THE REST OF THE GEEK SQUAD CREW!!!!!
