Easy to make an appointment, good selection of glasses, and office staff is very helpful in explaining benefits with insurance, costs, etc. overall, has always been clean, organized and efficient. I was blown away by Doctors patience in understanding my daughter's concerns. Doctor is very knowledgeable and shows sincere concern to get down to the issue. “I’ve been to several optometrist in my lifetime and Dr. Chang is by far the best one. She cares truly about everyone of her patients. I’ve been wearing contacts for years in tte recent months my eyes have become irritated this last time was really bad so bad that I needed a professional opinion so I called her office and asked if she could see me it was a Saturday. She squeezes me in last minute she prescribed me antibiotics and even called me the on Sunday when her office was closed to see how I was doing and has followed back up with me since then twice to see my improvement. We are working on a plan so that I can wear my contacts again but she doesn’t want to give me the green light to wear them until she feels it’s safe for me to do so. I love her and trust my eyes in her hands completely. Highly recommend her office. They have two offices, the others in Temple City.Dr. Han has always provided excellent care regarding selection always seem to have something that I can use. They will process process of VSP and Check benefits prior to ordering the glasses.I would not go anywhere else I live almost an hour from this office and believe the travel to them is worth it.“
