I got a fairly quick response and an invitation to drop it off for an estimate. What I received days later was outstanding work. “I lived in a loft in DTLA that had no screens so lo and behold, I had a moth situation. And expensive sweaters. Which was devastating. I started out taking a few sweaters to test the waters and see how they'd turn out. Thus far, I've taken in easily 15 cashmere, mohair and various wool blend sweaters with multiple holes and the work has been stellar. As well as the cleaning. What's more they actually care that you're happy. That's huge to me. I've had more than a few bad dry cleaner experiences so I'm very trepidatious. And my UGGs? The ones my cat decided to mark his territory on? Well, they were unwearable. Or so I thought. But now they look amazing. You can't even tell they were ever marked. No stains. No smells. “Had an absolutely amazing experience here! I accidentally spilled either food or alcohol on an Indian outfit. Indian outfits can be very difficult to clean because they're usually made up of different fabrics and have a lot of beadwork/detailing on them. I brought my outfit to Fantastic because of their amazing reviews. I had asked them to dry clean, but they said that they made need to do a wet cleaning because of the material. I signed the waiver for the wet clean. They quoted about 3 weeks (which I was fine with since I wasn't planning on using the outfit) and a price of $45. I got an email just a few days letter saying my outfit was ready. I went in to pick it up and the stain was completely removed and the outfit was intact! I highly recommend Fantastic Cleaners!!“
