Very fast, very nice people and very professional. They fixed my completely broken desktop PC in a day for a flat fee. The guy who did it was nice enough to clone and merge my harddrive so the PC didn't have the same problem again. I would definitely recommend.

I had a late night emergency with a missing adapter I needed for the graphics card I just got. I went to Best Buy and Fry's Electronics, but none of them had the part I needed. So I Googled nearby Computer Shops, first shop didn't have what I was looking for but when I called PC Shop they were very respective. Due Covid restrictions I think the physical location was closed, but the man on the phone agreed to meet with me and help me out in my time of need. We met up and he hooked me up. Very friendly and helpful, my only regret is I didn't catch his name. Thanks again, PC Shop.
