    I'm fed up with this service, or lack of service. I purchased my laptop over 4 months ago and Geek Squad installed Office and Outlook and sold me more memory. I've brought my computer into the Westminster store or they have come to my house a dozen times trying to get Outlook to work. the last time I asked them to just take Outlook off. The tech didn't want to and said he would fix it. NOT! still getting error messages. Can't exit out of Outlook without having to reboot to get it back on. I have called, texted, at least 5 times since December with no response. I have asked them what I can do to solve this. No response!

    Not so much for their service, but that they are an authorized Apple Service center, and it is a waste of time if you can go to an Apple Store instead. Authorized Service centers are great alternatives if there isn't anywhere else if you're in the boonies, but not so much in the Los Angeles area. I was having trouble with my Apple product, and after going on the Apple Support page, it gave me several Geek Squad locations to take it to, including other independent shops, as well as Apple Stores. I made an appointment with the closest place to my home, which was a Best Buy Geek Squad location. When I got to my appointment, I could see in the look that they gave me, that they were just going through the motions. After a very short time looking at it in the back, they returned with, "It works with my equipment. If you want to leave it, we don't fix it here, we send it to Apple and it takes at least 2 weeks to get it back. You can go to an Apple Store and probably get it fixed right there, and they'll probably give you a replacement." It's like it was the millionth time he said that. So, if you want warranty work done on your Apple product, don't waste your time making an appointment with any outside company, just go straight to Apple. Apple themselves deserves some criticism too, since they both should say something to the same effect on the website when making an appointment for support from an outside, though Authorized Service source.

    I feel Dante and his team went out of the way to help me. And I got the feeling if I need follow up to my problem I would get the same good and honest service.......Yelp wants me to write more but I am not going to ramble on. They helped me and I was happy.
