Was able to work with them on a price within my budget and they were able to come out sooner than other folks I had called. Abraham was great to work with, positive attitude and answered all my questions. He did good work, but we did have to ask him to test the disposal before he left, only to find out it had been damaged and needed replacing. No big deal, was an easy reorder and swap for us, but he was great in letting us know the next steps. Also after he left, we found the new plumbing joints hadn't been tightened down all the way and we had major leakage until we hand tightened it down further. Overall, good work and would hire again if needed.“

“I've always used George Allen. A year ago they replaced my long time water pressure regulator, which had failed. Inexplicably, the brand new Watts regulator they installed gradually stopped working properly after just one year. I called them, and Tyler came right out. He determined that the regulator was defective and ordered a new one.When that one arrived a few days later, they immediately came out with it. Before installing the replacement, the tech partially disassembled the poorly functioning regulator to see if it were clogged with debris. It wasn't, so he installed the replacement, which works perfectly now. These regulators typically last for many years, so I should be all set now.Notably, this was called a warranty repair, so there were no charges for the part or labor.
