We were told by 2 “Big” HVAC companies that we needed an entire new HVAC system due to minor problems with our existing system. They were not interested in fixing the existing system at all! The new system would come with a $14,000 price tag. Luckily we were told about Alex and High Performance Heating and Air by word of mouth. Alex came out and repaired our existing system for less than $1,000! We will most likely look into replacing our existing system in the future but will be taking our business to High Performance. During the winter months most HVAC companies are days behind schedule. He was able to get a technician out to the house within eight hours. Victor showed up at exactly the time promise. He was very polite and went right to work. Fortunately it was not a major issue, however, he quickly identified the problem and had the heater up and running within 20 minutes.
