“As a newcomer to the gym scene, LA Fitness is a pretty good experience so far. I've only been to 24hrs as a guest over 7 years ago, so my gym culture knowledge is going to be limited in this review. The staff and trainers are friendly and welcoming, creating a helpful and supportive atmosphere for someone as intimidated by the gym as me. My free personal training session with Charles was actually very insightful. While the cleanliness is generally maintained, the downstairs bathrooms could use some attention as they tend to be wet with no paper towel dispenser or dryer in sight. Additionally, there are occasional issues with some machines not functioning properly, which has confused me a few times. While it's not a big gym, the equipment seems well maintained and I've actually enjoyed learning how to use them. The only real downside is the overcrowding during peak hours, making it a challenge to find parking as well as navigate around the gym floor. However it's an easy jog over during those times and I find this location easy to go a few times a week. Overall, I'm enjoying LA Fitness as a beginner kickstarting my fitness journey and so far it's been a solid experience.“

“Oh my goodness! Where to start?! I absolutely love this place. Crossfit Blvd is now my second home as well as my family's. I have never in my 33 years of life been able to stick with a workout much less enjoy it! I came in a bit scared to be honest because I had never ever done anything similar but since day one with coach Yvette and her light, positivity, and encouragement I knew I could challenge myself to do it and be consistent. Three months later thanks to the coaches and the community I am going consistently at least 5 times a week and actually nailing Crossfit movements and getting healthier at the same time! I can hold myself on monkey bars, pick up my toddler or 50lbs dog food like nothing, if that's not proof I don't know what is! All the coaches Carlos, Rich, Katie, Meghan, Amanda, Mark, and Drew are so welcoming, encouraging and overall amazing human beings so thankful for them. Each and every class is an experience and overall amazing time. They also offer a kids class, which my kids absolutely love (9&10) they make it fun yet challenging and they can't wait to come back every Saturday. Who knew working out could be so much fun! Crossfit BLVD you have already changed my life in ways I never thought possible I am so grateful for this place and this community. I seriously cannot wait to see where I am a year from now and hopeful that this wonderful place will continue growing and impacting the life of more people like it did for me. “I have been a member for about 2 years. I love coming to a small gym where my workouts are supervised by a knowledgeable staff that won’t let me drag my feet when I’m not fully motivated. I especially like the routines that change everyday 8 weeks. It keeps it challenging and I don’t get bored. I feel like I am stronger and more flexible than I was 2 years ago and at 71 that is a good way to feel. Thanks FCF staff!“

“I attended the Reformer Foundations class with Aaliyah as the instructor, and it was a fantastic foundations class getting used to the reformer. The class size was 7 people, which is very ideal in order for the instructor to help the students with proper form, placement, and cater to the student's individual needs. Aaliyah was very helpful to me and led a great class! I experienced a refreshing work out that also challenged my body in a positive way. The studio is very clean and well-kept. Towards the end of class, the instructor hands out individual cleaning wipes to sanitize the equipments used. I highly recommend this studio and to anyone interested in doing Pilates.“

“I'm doing pilates since 2016, and instructor Irene is an exceptional instructor that I have ever met until now. She has great knowledge in human anatomy that she always explains and points out what muscles should be working for each motion. Her class is not only for exercise. It also helps me to understand my body condition and improve body alignment, which is the original purpose of pilates.“

Going to a Pilates class here just a few times a week for the last few months has already improved my strength and flexibility. “Dr Park is a miracle worker! Just finished my second laser treatment with him for TBI. Both times I walked out with a clear, focused mind. “David, the owner and teacher, has more than 40 years career in teaching yoga. Lots of students follow with him are more than 5 years. The classes type is hot yoga basically with traditional Hatha yoga. You can join any classes, no level difference. $120 monthly, unlimited, as long as you have time to come. I think only nonprofit organization can do it like this. In here, we like a big yoga family. David creates a mutual training environment, senior students practice with junior one. We make jokes to each other and share some of our life matters during the class. This is why we are more like a big family, watching each others and caring each others. Most importantly, here, you always can hear laughing. Joyful is priceless, and I can find it from here.“
“I started seeing Fe since September of this year as a part of my healing journey. I have never done reiki healing before and I didn't know what to expect. Fe is such a sweet and kind soul! From the moment I met her, she makes me feel very comfortable to share my problems. Just after a couple sessions, I have felt as a whole which have not felt this in a very long time. I feel really good and focus but at the same time the changes are very subtle. I highly recommend to see Fe if you are not feeling well.“

I was suffering chronic and debilitating neck and shoulder pain for 3+ years and had accepted it as part of life but after just 2 visits dr Jeff was able to release the spasm. He immediately knows where to put his hands and what to work on - it's pretty incredible and I consider anyone working with him to be very fortunate. Ashley is an amazing instructor, she makes the class enjoyable with her extraordinary knowledge of Pilates and movement, she's always has fantastic music plays lists! The room is dark with dim lighting, it makes me feel that much more comfortable. If you have not experienced Pilates, come take a free class! The instructors accommodate works outs to your level of comfort and will help you improve over time and grow and be in the best shape of your life, regardless of age! Definitely a 5 star club!“
