“I’m happy to extol my Accolades on Alpha Enviro Tech for the superb job they did in Tex-Cote’ing our home in Point Loma ( San Diego) just over a month ago ~September-October 2024. We have a large home, originally built in 1975, stucco’d in 1991 … and showing its many years from the salt air and the dust and grit of the Jets flying into and out of San Diego Airport (while we were not under the Jet path, all of Point Loma is affect by San Diego Airport as well as the Navy’s fleet of Jets on North Island Naval Air Station in San Diego Harbor. Alpha Enviro’s Salesperson, Managers and work crew were outstanding! They came in fully prepared to first clean up the remaining stucco walls eaves and trim; followed by a superb Prime coating ; a drying period, and finally the application of the Tex-Cote. They taped off our windows and doors, as well as the extensive Trex Decking we installed around two sides of our home. At our request they painted our original front door, added a beautiful metal security door over it , and replaced all of the exterior light fixtures. Our home became a “New Home”! The Crew and Foreman were especially sensitive to our needs, making sure we were comfortable during the week long process. Clean Up is especially important. “Made a call to Horizon Roofing finding a roof leak after it rained. Frank answered the phone and promptly came out to check and inspect the entire roof. Finding a broken tile that had slid almost all the way out, exposing the underlayment which had been damaged allowing water to enter our home.
Frank made recommendations for the repair and gave me a fair quote. He showed up on time and performed the repair and also sealed all the roof vents, giving me a 3 year warrantee on all his work and I could not be more pleased.
