The only thing I had to make sure to do for my iphone was disable find my from settings before coming in to the store. In the directions it says it needs to be off for at least an hour but it still worked when I turned it off 30 minutes before coming into the store. I also didn't need to pay a dime because my phone was covered by Asurion with verizon so it was really fast, easy, and great service! 10 minutes... that's crazy! Thank you!“
