Great service! I just walked in, no appointment, and they were able to fix my issue (monitor connectivity) in less than 10 minutes while I waited. They even showed me how to make sure the issue did not happen again and how to fix it myself if it did. Excellent and knowledgeable.

I don't write many reviews, but the HB Computers team did such a phenomenal job I have to write one. I am an executive at a global retail products manufacturer. I travel quite a bit, so my laptop is really my office - all kinds of programs and documents. Just before a significant trip, I was locked out of my computer. It had been so long since I connected to my company's server via VPN in the home office, that the server removed my laptop from the active computer list - essentially my computer no longer existed to the company.
