Dr. Neal and his staff are absolutely fantastic!! I had been diagnosed with cataracts and went to see him for a second opinion. I was so impressed I had him do my surgery!! His office staff was caring and kind as well as the staff at the surgery center. Dr. Neal listened to my concerns and adjusted my care accordingly. (The first surgeon did not). At the surgery center the anesthesiologist also listened carefully and he and Dr. Neal got together and discussed my case. My surgery went exceptionally well and my results were far beyond my expectations. If you're looking for an Ophthalmologist who is caring, listens to your needs and treats his staff like family, he is the doctor you should see, without a doubt!! I highly recommend Anaheim Eye Institute!!! Dr. Neal has all the credentials and years of experience that I was looking for! I couldn't be happier!

Dr. Neal was very professional and patient with my surgery and post op visits. I felt very safe in his care. The office members were terrific. Good communication. If you are thinking of a lens replacement and live in Southern California this is the place to go. My vision came out perfect and my eyes see better than when I was a teen. I am 59 years old and I have 20/15 vision in both eyes and love it. Thanks Doctor Neal

I received outstanding care, treatment, information, welcoming from the staff, Linda and Sandra and others of course. The best care and patience in answering my questions. The best doctor ever, that's Dr. Neal. I trust him, I believe him. He performed my cateract surgery and I have better, I mean better vision then before.
