“I want to Thank Dr. Jang and his entire staff for the kindness they showed my family and I today.
After the unpleasant experience we had somewhere else last week, it was very hard to hold back tears the moment we walked in the door.
Mary checked us in and I immediately felt like this was the right place to be.
Denise was very thorough, making sure she got ALL the details in regards to what has been going on with my kitty. She could see I was having a very emotional and tough time; and was nothing but patient and kind, for that, I am beyond grateful.
Dr. Jang is Exactly how a Doctor should be in my opinion. I am so thankful for our entire experience today. Rather than leaving terrified that I wasn't doing enough for my cat, we left hopeful.

“The only place I have taken my furbabies for over 17 yrs. My furdiva will be 11 next month and thus is the only place I will take her for her care. Great prices, staff is super friendly, clinic is always clean, and although I have never left my furbabies overnight, I have seen many being picked up/dropped off. Pet parents seem very pleased and furbabies very content.. I have actually seen staff, with what I assume, are borders, in pet park/area at corner of parking. It is safe for a lil playtime with my furdiva and always clean as well, Always have and always will refer family and friends..“

“Years ago, I met Dr. Craig after a board-certified surgeon in San Diego abandoned a case that had a lot of complications. I did agility with my dogs and Dr. Craig was highly recommended by several people. Dr. Craig was conservative on treatment and the dog recovered. Years later, my dog needed a surgery consult and I trust Dr. Craig. Dr. Craig was very detailed and honest. Dr. Craig recommended to wait and if if the issue got worse. About 7 months later, the issue got worse so I asked a few RVTS in Temecula who they would recommend. Those RVTS recommended a mobile surgeon in San Diego and also a Veterinary Surgical Specialist. The mobile surgeon is great but he won't do this type of surgery as he told me it needs to be done at a specialty hospital due to the risk of complications. For a surgery that needs to be done by a board-certified surgeon, I would trust the mobile vet and Dr. Craig. I post an update if a surgery happens........“

“My Amazon earlier this year suddenly began falling from its perch and would bite onto the sides of the cage to keep itself from falling over and over again.

Took him/her and essentially found out that the bird was sick, liver shrinking, and dying due to its only seed diet that it had been fed prior to me taking over.

Dr. Nemetz did all tests necessary just to rule out other causes and did an excellent job, imho. I left with a ton of knowledge, medication and it felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.

The bird immediately adopted the pellet diet which was a good sign. Fast forward to today, the Amazon is in a much stronger state than it was before. I'm glad Dr. Nemetz was able to diagnose the root cause and point me in the right direction.“

“I drive all the way from San Pedro to see Dr. Jung. My Vet referred me to him. They are so Professional. It was a hospital for animals. It looked like a human hospital. I was so impressed. When we went to sign in, they already knew our fur babies name. They even had his name on the room door. That made us so happy and we felt special. My Spanky is 16 years old and has Congested Heart Failure. Mr. Jung was so warm and inviting and so is his staff. They made Spanky and I so relaxed and happy. He took several test for him. He put Spanky on 3 medications. He is doing so much better than the first day we came in. We have had to adjust the medications. But, Spanky is still kicking.
