“I wanted to give a shout out to Dave and Ricky at Bell Products. I had called the other day spoke with Dave about needing a 7 inch gutter about 51 inches long. Explained to him called Businesses that make gutters and contractors with nobody wanting to help. Told Dave I wasn't giving up and remember to check Bell Products. Dave says to me sure we can fabricate one for you, just come in the back and ask for Dave. So next day go to Bell Products on my lunch hour, ask for Dave but no Dave. Spoke with Ricky, he takes my old gutter goes back in the shop and finds something matching. Just like that he working on it then Dave comes by sees I am being taken care of, and shakes my hand. Ricky then fabricates one puts it all together with end pieces and drain spout and seals the inside. Totally took care of it 100%. The amazing thing was both of these guys step above and beyond their normal day to help out on a small job without attitude. Just just don't see that these day, they both were wanting and willing to help out. Thank you both so much for your fantastic service. And yes I WOULD RECOMMEND BELL PRODUCTS to everyone.“

I went out and bought a tankless and then started looking for companies to do the install as that's the only way to preserve the warenty. I had three different companies in mind, but Innovative Radiant Heating was the company I went with more for the fact that they're local and I like to support local businesses. We talked, got a quote, and they showed up on time to do the work. They did a great job and were pleasant to talk to. Everything works great, and we're stoked. Michael was so helpful and accommodating, and luckily got a technician to come to the house the next day, which is so rare these days! The tech put on booties without me having to ask and was polite and quick. Figured out what was wrong and surprisingly got it back up and running later that day.
