My AC stopped working. I called Bell Products in Napa and the next day David D. Responded to my residence. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He spend all morning working on the AC and assured me he wasn’t leaving till everything was fixed. He kept me up to date on the progress and fixed the problem the same day. Let me just start with this: can you put a price on piece of mind? I work in the maintenance dept of a small apartment complex in Napa. A wall heater was not working, I quickly determined that getting it to work was not within my where-with-all. Time to call in the heavies. Bell products sent out their tech named Ken. Within ten minutes he had taken me to school on our wall heaters and outlined possible causes, solutions and how one comes to that determination. I assure you that out of every vendor we use, these guys here are hands down worth every penny spent!

Ugh-oh, the heat went out when outside it was rainy and windy. Bell was able to send David out with a few hours - imagine! - and he was knowledgeable, found the issue, and fixed it within an hour or so. Really appreciate this company!
