“There is nothing better than having a really stressful day, crossing paths with an extraordinary person, and having that stress completely disappear. I was scrambling around this morning, kicking myself for procrastinating on getting ready for a wedding, and desperately trying to figure out what in the world I was going to do about my one baggy shirt, and long suit pants. I needed a same day alteration, but after calling 3 other local tailors, the situation was looking pretty grim. I felt doomed. The panic was really beginning to settle in. Once I got there, I was even further relieved by her kind smile, and her lighthearted comments about my procrastination. I felt that I was in great hands. I know so many other reviews talk about how amazing Olfelia is and how they had a really great experience with her incredibly fast, high quality, and affordable work, but I really truly feel like I gained a personal superhero with the way I was saved today. “Sima did a great job, I had two suits that needed extensive tailoring and she knocked it out oddly the park. I also had a pair of pants that had a major rip in them I thought they were a lost cause but Sima was able to fix them good as new! I highly recommend!!!!“

“This review is long overdue. They are the best dry cleaners I have ever been to. They offer a lot more than dry cleaning. They are always fully staffed, and even 95 percent of the time, they gave me my cloth back the next day. They have great tailors and they staff is friendly. I do miss Power Cleaners. I no longer live in Lake Forest and moved to Redlands. I have not been able to find a dry cleaner that comes close to Power Cleaners. They also have a shoe repair. They fixed my mother's leather sandals. That's she love. My dogs bit them terribly, and they fixed them by adding another piece of leather and sewing it back on. They conditioned 2 of my leather jackets. One was made in Italy, and the other one was made in England. Like I said, they offer a lot of services. Hopefully, I can move back to Lake Forest or even Orange County. So I can go back to using their services.“

“I had a last minute hemming need and they accommodated me on the same day, even though it was evident they were busy. The quality of the work was top notch, and prices are reasonable. I then brought my toddler in for suit alterations, everything from his suit jacket to the pants to the vest. The result was outstanding and was done in a timely manner. “The best dry cleaning/ or cleaning you can ever find. Greeting by staffs are the best part. You always being greeted with a smile. The owner is such a decent man. One day I gave them a blanket for clean up. When I was picking it up it was close to after hour. The owner was there for some maintenance. He opened the door for me and handed me my blankets. I paid and left the store. As I was getting close to my car I saw the owner calling me and wanted to pay me back some money because he believed my blanket wasn't tick enough for the category I paid. The kind of decency that hard to find these days in the society that we are living. God bless people like him who have integrity.“

When I moved to OC in 2016 it took me a while to find a good dry cleaner, I found Green Hanger in 2017 and it was good, but when Abdel bought it in 2019 he made it great! “I recently moved into the Lake Forest area from Irvine and was in search of a high quality, reasonably priced cleaners. I’m glad I chose Cleaners 2000! Not only was Sharon (owner?) friendly and value conscience when discussing options, but the finished product was perfect cleaned with a few stains and arm pit musk removed from my suits. Coming from Irvine I would have easily paid 15-20% higher for my 7 suits, 1 tie, 2 buttons added to suit. Turn around time was 3 business days as I told them I wasn’t in a rush. Initially I was debating this location as there have not been recent reviews, and there was one passionate negative review which I was able to clarify and get the owners perspective to my satisfaction.
