I went here after I spilled a drink with turmeric in it (notoriously difficult to get out) all over my white pants. They were able to get the stains out completely and my pants were ready the next day!

Since my review, the owner contacted me promptly, and made an effort to resolve the issue. I didn't get a chance to speak with him directly, and didn't even request a refund, but he refunded the full amount of the entire bill. This shows the owner values his customers, and took actions above and beyond what he needed to do to resolve the issue. The few dollar price difference would not have broke the bank on my end. I generally like to leave a business with a positive experience without feeling I was cheated or misled, especially as a new customer. This is by far thee best dry Cleaners anywhere in the Newport Beach area. I have lived here for 21 years and I have tried multiple dry cleaners and the care and concern for your clothing is superb!! The customer service and cost effectiveness is above and beyond!! I highly recommend this company!! Don't look any further!
