I haven't been to this cleaners since before the pandemic. I just went to pick up some work tablecloths. $45 for ONE polyester tablecloth?! A few years ago it was $18! You have got to be kidding me. Won't be going back there. I hope you go out of business.

most expensive yet careless cleaners in town... I did not mind to pay more if the service was good. She ruined my Dolce Tie. Even the employee told her the big stain was there before delivery i showed her it came back with the stain !she did not care!! on top of that had bad attitude. This cleaners should be banned to learn customers are most important. Rude and obnoxious. I would make sure all my colleagues stop using them. I wish i could give her zero rating. The delivery lady is amazing hope she joins another cleaners.AVOID!!!

I DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS ABSOLUTELY PERTURBED!I HAD A SILK DRESS AND BLOUSE THAT HAD SOME OIL THAT SPILLED ON THEM DURING A MOVE. I NEVER HAVE EVEN WORN THEM, STILL HAD TAGS. SUPER BUMMED BUT I WANTED TO SEE IF THEY COULD BE SALVAGED. I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS SO I WAS HOPING THEY COULD WORK THEIR MAGIC. I BROUGHT THEM IN AND ASKED IF THEY COULD GET OUT THE OIL. SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD ASK WHEN THEY GOT BACK FROM LUNCH. SHE CALLED ME BACK AND SAID YES! I WAS SO HAPPY.WELL, I PICKED UP MY CLEANING AND THE STAINS WERE STILL THERE!
