“We were 'íncentivized' by our home owners insurance to have our house repiped after filing a claim for a water leak last September. They would not renew our policy if we didn't have a ceramic coating installed or do a full repipe. We chose to repipe as it seemed to be more long lasting than doing a coating.<br><br>After contacting a number of repiping companies we chose OC Repipes due to the amount of service they could provide at a reasonable cost. Andy was my initial contact and Slavi was the site manager. Both are great to work with.<br><br>We did need to get an asbestos survey done prior to any work. With 52 year old drywall, they did find asbestos. We had that remediated by another company and then OC Repipes repiped the entire house in one day not counting closing up the walls. The walls were done the next day.<br><br>All aspects of the job were done with great skill and efficiency.<br><br>I would highly recommend contacting OC Repipes.<br><br>See photos attached. “Fantastic experience with VIP! I had a pedestal sink that I wanted to ultimately replace as it was old and had a clogged drain. Due to time constraints, I couldn’t replace it immediately and just wanted it functional until I could. Turns out, it couldn’t be fixed by ANYONE. They saw there was clear water damage and offered to call a water damage company to help with the after repair work which would involve drying the wall interior and eventual repair.
