“We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kraft for a consultation for our English mastiff, Millie. He is so knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and I really appreciated that he utilizes the latest technologies for assessments.The office is beautiful and what really made a difference for us and our mastiff was the consultation room, it is very large and comfortable which made it easy for us to be at ease in turn allowing Millie to get calm so she could be assessed.It is clear that Dr. Kraft is gifted and extremely caring. “Over the years, my family has tried out every single vet clinic in Laguna, and we’ve never really felt like any of them were a fit… until now! My boyfriend and I were both getting ready to leave for weekend trips when we noticed something was wrong with our 19 y/o cat. We suspected a urinary blockage, and needed someone to check him out immediately. It was early Friday morning before LBAH had even opened when I left a voicemail letting them know we had an emergency and would be bringing our cat to their office as soon as they opened at the slightest chance that they might be able to see him before the weekend. They had no obligation to take him as he wasn’t really even a patient of theirs (they had only ever seen him for a claw trim before). They took him in without question. The staff took great care of our cat making sure he was comfortable and felt safe (shoutout to Jordyn, you’re the best!!!) and the doctor kept in contact with us throughout the day, personally giving us routine updates as they ran more tests. The front desk was also extremely accommodating and patient with us as we had to scramble to find a friend to pick him up from their office later that day. I am so grateful for the level of kindness, communication, and care that we received from LBAH staff and am thrilled to say we have finally found the vet for us!“

“This place is awesome , got my girl Harper from Carma and she had diarrhea when i got her home from stress they took her right in and gave her iv fluids and anti diarrhea meds at no charge. I have contined to take her here for shots and even boarded her when i went out of town . She was healthy and happy when i picked her up. They are all loving and compassionate to the animals“

“My vet was going to charge $800 to spay our puppy which was more than we could pay. This place was recommended by another friend who is a veterinarian. She said they are much more through and caring than many of the quick, cheap options. They did a fantastic job with our pup and corrected a hernia at the same time. There are some add-ons but it was still way cheaper than it would have otherwise been. If you have an energetic dog like ours, I would definitely recommend asking for sedatives to help them stay calm so they can heal.“
