“Daniel and his term were AMAZING! We had a lot of termite damage to the interior and exterior of a home we just bought and we were completely taken care of. Daniel and his team came out and did an inspection of the house which helped us negotiate with the sellers in escrow. Titan came out as soon as we closed to tent the house and make repairs. They removed all of the damaged wood, replaced the wood and painted the areas of the house to perfection. “Josue did an amazing job. We used to have many rats, including ones making lots of scratching noises in the attic. Josue surveyed the exterior of our house thoroughly and found several holes where rats could potentially enter, holes that were missed by a different exterminator two years prior. After blocking them and setting traps, he returned weekly to further inspect his work and dispose of any rats caught in the traps. After about 3 weeks, we didn't have any more rats. It has been 4 months since then, and we haven't heard or seen a rat since.“

“Larry was exceptional. His communication was consistent, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was relaxed around the wasp nest, and within 20 minutes had it entirely taken care of.

The next day some wasps were on the ground and dying. I messaged him about this, and he immediately replied, saying that was normal and could happen for a few days, but nothing to worry about.

I feel certain he’d come back out if the problem evolved again. Although it hasn’t!

Thai has been knowledgeable and easy to work with. The other Arborists that I have used in the past have been difficult, overcharged and not easy to book an appointment with. Carlos, with Gladiator Pest Control, arrived on time and explained how he was going to treat areas all around the house exterior.

Carlos was very professional and did not try to up-sell us on any other services; which I was half expecting from a pest control business.
