I had an ant outbreak. He showed up promptly, the same day instead of making we wait. Then walked me around and showed me trouble spots. Sprayed thoroughly and followed up in 10 days. He was polite, professional and thorough. Price comparable to all the other companies, I called around.
We have been using Hydrex for several years. They are so responsive, professional and very reasonably priced. Other companies try to up-sell with products and services you actually don't need. This company does not do that. It's so refreshing to find a company that is honest and fair. I would NEVER use any other company.
Having unfortunately had the 'return' of rats Hydrex were so swift in helping organize getting us someone out to our home on the same day and getting the situation rectified. They continually honor their contract with us and Miguel is a fantastic at securing our home and giving us peace of mind. Thank you as always Hydrex.
