Maki is a gifted healer! She treated me 8 months post ankle surgery when I was still walking with a limp, especially after short runs. After the first session, I ran a mile and had no limp afterwards - I couldn't believe it!! And then in a few more sessions, she helped breakdown scar tissue from the surgery, and refined my gait.Maki is very thorough, sensitive, and knowledgeable. Her office is spotless and very comfortable (so relaxing that I always fell asleep).Thank you, Maki!!

I had unbearable pain on my arm so went to see her. She listened my concernes and was very understanding. Now I'm pain free! If you have any concerns of any kind, I strongly recommend to see her!

Maki is a gifted, experienced acupuncturist with such a warm, kind presence and also a delightful sense of humor. She worked with my daughter on and off for about two years (between the ages of 12 and 14) to help her regulate a very difficult menstrual cycle. When we first showed up, my daughter's period was lasting from 21-55 days. Pretty horrible for a young teen. Maki was able to fully engage my daughter in treatment, and she helped her cycle to normalize to our great relief. She was also so great about communicating with me between sessions. Maki really goes above and beyond in her dedication to her patients. My daughter actually enjoyed her appointments with Maki, and we both are so grateful to her. I highly recommend her for kids and adults.
