My adult child used him and I thought his instructions and treatment were top notch I used him for an urgent care matter on sciatica He is a great acupuncturist who has trained others. He doesn't push the herbs but has them and he takes many insurances including Blue shield and MediCal. I've used both offices. Both good.

I have had the benefit and pleasure of Dr. Liao's acupuncture every other week for about 20 years. His treatments always makes me feel better, regain my balance and hasten my recovery from assorted sports injuries. He is a very competent and loving gentleman. He can sense when I'm in that warm fuzzy place and the calculator in my head has been turned off.

Incredible with the herbs. I've been struggling with asthma and Richard mixed me some herbs. Its only been a couple hours since I drank my first dose and getting better results from anything I've been ver taken for asthma in my life.
