“Long overdue review from the vapor barrier shield job Element performed in mid May 2024 for my home. The crawl space was a total and complete disaster zone. Moldy water, nails, and trash. Jorge was an excellent supervisor and the owner Mac was very hands on in setting up the appointment as well. They removed all the trash which filed an entire van, cleaned up all the moldy water and laid down the 20 mm vapor barrier shield which is the thickest option they offer. The team worked pretty expeditiously and the communication was good. I was worried about possible mold due to the water that was there and the company was good about working with me to ensure we didn't have any issues before the vapor barrier shield was laid down. I think the value of the work is also good. I noticed a small corner is missing some tape and called today to speak to the owner Mac who is sending a worker to the house on Monday to tape it up. It's hard to see every nook and cranny of the crawl space so I really appreciate the excellent customer service, especially since their warranty is 10 days after the service. I really like that the owner stands by his service and is willing to send someone to finish anything that was missing. Thank you Jorge and Mac. Recommend this company as a honest one to deal with for vapor barrier shield needs. They did a great job cleaning out and laying down the shield for my crawl space - see pics!“

“This review is a bit overdue; however, with the 2024/25 winter season upon us now our family really appreciates Chris' professionalism, responsiveness, industry experience, and ability to navigate a crawl space to repair the older gas floor furnaces of our Oakland home built in1939. Our previous maintenance visit was Sep 2022. After being dormant for the spring/summer months we were pleased to have the floor heaters start the first time. We plan to schedule a maintenance visit in the next few months. As another reviewer stated, it is challenging to find an experienced HVAC professional to competently repair and keep older equipment in running/safe condition. Chris is very knowledgeable, efficient, resourceful/timely with locating repair parts, and we really appreciate his ability to clearly explain next step repairs/costs to schedule the work. Phoenix was able to come out the next day and look into my list of heating problems.The gentleman who came out was on time, polite, informative and answered all my questions about upgrades and possible next steps. “I just wanted to thank Fernando and his crew for doing an outstanding job on my mother’s furnace replacement. He showed up right at the beginning of the service call window and tried to get a replacement part for a 35 year old G. E. Furnace but was unable to locate it locally. We were given a very reasonable and fair price on a new furnace .We weighed our options and they came back out later that night last Friday and installed a new furnace. They were very polite and did a great job. I would recommend there Service to everyone I know. Thx Again !!!“
