I had a terrible experience at a different nail salon today.. They messed up my nails, refused to change them and then still charged me.. immediately after, I called teresa nails and asked them if they could fix just my thumb that was severely messed up. When i got there the girl who helped me was so kind! She fixed not only my thumb but filed down my other super thick nails free of charge. She also changed my polish. She completely fixed my nails and was so kind and caring during the whole process when I was very clearly upset.I didn’t catch her name but I will 100000% be back, and this is definitely my new nail salon! Thank you girls!

My last experience was interesting. I wanted a gel mani-pedi as usual. I got stuck with the new person.. nbd. They didn't have any hip decals that I liked, mostly all flowers.. also nbd. I came prepared with my own for just such an occasion, these things happen.But what really puzzles me about the whole situation is that I was some charged MORE than usual? ? IDK but the math just ain't mathing on this one?(Side note, I find it inconvenient they don't offer Chrome powder)
