Edit: after a few weeks the railing has been repaired and after a few days everything still works well. I appreciate the company finally acknowledging their issues with scheduling and coming back and fixing the problem.They resurfaced my old oak floors and installed a new hardwood staircase with railing. The floors look great but the railing has disconnected from the wall where it was glued to the wall. It is so wobbly! Terrible safety hazard and I have a small baby at home. My husband and I tried calling them and sent emails - no reply still!!!Services: Wood floor sanding

Ryan did a wonderful job installing our kitchen flooring; helping us out on very short notice. Professional, courteous, and precise. The floor looks terrific. We liked Ryan's work so much we want to bring Ryan and TDI in to install flooring throughout the rest of our house when we start the project to replace our carpeting. We are absolutely blown away at our new floors. Ryan and Cal did an amazing job restoring our very worn and damaged floors to things or beauty.We started this process by reaching out to many companies and TDI was one of the only floor refinishing companies to get back to us within hours of contacting them. Now a month later and we still haven’t heard a peep from some of the other companies we contacted.Ryan came out and inspected our floors, gave guidance on how we could prepare for the refinishing and then TDI provided us with a detailed and itemized quote of our options.We had vents in our floors that were no longer needed and Cal and Ryan made the patches look seamless...read full review
