I went to Hourigan's as a "looky-loo" as I was very undecided of what I wanted. I made several visits and was always treated kindly and respectfully as I asked for samples to take home. Again and again. When I finally admitted I did indeed need work done, they helped me pick exactly what I wanted but didn't know it. Prices were the same as a discount store I was also looking at. At the site visit for measuring I learned a lot about flooring. They arrived exactly on time and installation was perfectly done. Any questions or concerns were dealt with completely and promptly. Hourigans is simply the best flooring place in Victoria. Everything from their communication, support, knowledge, and finnished products are all top notch. I’ve used multiple other companies in the past for my projects with subpar results. Using Hourigans is a game changer. I will use them exclusively in the future with no hesitation. I can’t thank them enough.
