Victoria Drains were professional, knowledgeable and fixed the pipes once and for all, with as little digging as possible (there was still some, but a cipp liner enabled them to solve the problem without removing our porch stone.) This is just the loveliest local company with kind human beings on the end of the phone who understand this and who are responsive to the needs of their clients. Lori in the office treated me with kindness and compassion. Tyrell took the initiative to extend his day and stop by on his way home the same day to get me out of trouble. The problem (a completely blocked sink with unmentionable stuff in it) was sorted in a matter of moments and there was no mess and no guilt (about what I had tried to do to fix it myself). Unlike some of the big companies in town, The Right Man will only charge you for what they do and they don't have a huge up front minimal call out charge (unlike others who want to charge your credit card up front even before they come). “The property we moved into last year had a gas fire with a pilot light that wouldn't ignite. I asked someone from a heating company to service the fire and fix the pilot light. He serviced the fire but didn't fix the pilot light. He said because of the age of the fire he probably wouldn't be able to get the parts. I then rang a Valor Dealer in Victoria who recommended Life Mechanical Plumbing and Water Heaters. Within a few days Jim from this company came and fixed the pilot light straight away and at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend this company.“
