“We were extremely happy with our heat pump installation in our 100 year old home, a job that required the installation of ducts via the crawl space (we had electric baseboard). The entire process was professional and our estimate had complete information about what we'd receive. They had to use a slightly different unit that was an upgrade but they honoured the original quote without me asking - it's so great to deal with a business that does that. The estimate also came in under the other one we looked at (which didn't even specify the heat pump!) by a significant amount. Our house is much more comfortable now - thank you. Installation was two half days for the ducts and one day for the unit. We were able to work at home while it was going on.“

“The property we moved into last year had a gas fire with a pilot light that wouldn't ignite. I asked someone from a heating company to service the fire and fix the pilot light. He serviced the fire but didn't fix the pilot light. He said because of the age of the fire he probably wouldn't be able to get the parts. “Peter and his team are artists in the trade. I really love my house, but the days of 30 degrees inside were really wearing thin. It was finally time add the finishing touches to the home comfort system of my dreams. It was going to be a simple addition to my forced air furnace, utilizing the existing ducting.

I called around and got quotes and was told by several contractors that ductless was my only option. My furnace was too confined to support the addition of the necessary interior coil they said. The competitors said it couldn’t be done. Well, it has now been done, and it was thousands less than the ductless system that I received quotes for.

Now, I keep a blanket handy for those hot Summer days because my house will still be a “little on the cool side”.
