Julie, who answered the phone, was seriously knowledgeable about fireplaces, got me a next day appointment and I was not optimistic… but Tristan showed up, repaired the fireplace in an instant, told me what was wasn’t working and how to override it manually, cleaned the inside and the glass, and sprayed the background which was tarnished, and then vacuumed up after himself. I never write reviews but this was the service a person can only dream of. Thank you Julie and Tristan - you both rock!

We wanted to replace the electric fireplace in our condo and Gaslight Heat Services showed us the new Orion traditional model. It looks and sounds like the real thing, and Gaslight had it delivered, installed, and operating within a matter of days. We couldn’t be happier with the product and the service.

I started to use this company's services from two years ago , and I am very satisfied with the company's service. A few days ago, my boiler suddenly broke down, and an engineer came to my home, found the problem and repaired it in a short time. They are experienced , skilled, and also their charges are very reasonable. I will recommend their services to my friends.
