I had my iPad 2 air charge port and battery replaced at VanCell. I called them up and confirmed the could fix my iPad, dropped in 15 minutes later and dropped it off. They made sure to check that it was indeed broken and not something small that was just glitching. I got a little ticket to make sure they knew which iPad was mine and told me how much it would cost. And they let me know I didn't have to pay until I came to pick up the iPad, which is nice because most places make you pay before they have even done anything. I took an IPad Air to VanCell for a screen replacement. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful both: over the phone, and in-person. The repair was completed the same day, with no issues, and was done for a very reasonable price.

Excellent customer service by Mohan. He went out of his way to support me with information regarding my damaged phone and decision-making between repairing or purchasing a new phone. The shop has competent prices for their phones and there is lots of parking in the area. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.
