“I found this place on Yelp while looking for Japanese style massage. So glad I tried! I've been having neck and shoulder pain that aggravated to arm pain and numbness on my thumb. Too much work.. RX helped the pain but my neck and shoulders were still very stiff. Hiroko gave me deep tissue massage I felt so light after her massage. She was very friendly, took time to find out the issue and trued to solve it. She did well. I parked the car at the parking right next to the place. It costs about $7 for 2 hours. But the parking seems to be safe at least during the day time. I was skeptical since the area is sketchy but I had no. I heard from a local that you get a reimbursement from T&T if you purchase there. I don't know the details though. They have a random promotion that I was lucky to use for % off. On top of the promotion, im from the states this turned out to be very reasonable. I recommend this place to anyone who wants really good massage.“

“I did a lot of research on hair removal and decided on electrolysis for the face. Angelina is booked several months ahead so she recommended Thizbe for me. I'm so glad I decided to go this route. Thizbe is incredibly nice. The removal is precise, detail oriented and very thorough. She is highly personable and easy to chat with. The room is very clean and Thizbe wears gloves as she works. Electrolysis works at zapping the pallipa at the hair base. After one treatment the hair was noticeably more fine. It's better than I expected. I'm guessing that I'll need around 10-12 sessions and then maintenance around once a year. Wish I'd done this sooner!“

“I never had a facial massage before. It was the most amazing feeling. I asked for a combination. I think it was the KORUGI & KOBIDO facial. I remember cupping and some light massage lymph drainage, since I just flew into Vancouver the other day (I still felt bloated and swollen from the airplane). I was so relaxed that I even fell asleep while she used a kind of quick shiatsu massage on my face. I think the technique is to promote lift. The facilities were clean. We are welcomed with a foot soak. Have an awesome facial treatment. Then co bc life's with tea and a rice cracker so you feel comfortable and not rushed out the door. I wish we had a space like this in San Francisco.“

“A great place for laser hair removal and electrolysis! I wanted to write a review a very long time ago, but never got around to it, so here is my story now...Approximately 7 years ago, I was searching for knowledgeable and friendly staff to help rid me of unwanted body hair. I took this very seriously since it involved my skin and was a lot of money for me to spend on something that wasn't a necessity. I searched around and narrowed it down to a handful. After meeting with South Granville Laser, I felt so much more informed of my options and found the staff to be very easy going and genuine in their manner. In the end, it was an easy choice and I ended up choosing them and coming in for the appointments spread out over one year until all the hair on my legs, armpits and bikini area were gone. I believe it was 8 sessions. They were obviously very experienced and professional the entire time and I was grateful to have chosen them. All these years later, the hair has not returned :-) Every once in a while I will notice a random, very light, very thin hair appear, however it is so minimal that I barely make the effort to pluck it out as soon as I see it. haha. Recently, my husband decided to get his back done and of course, I took him to South Granville for a consultation. Can you believe it? The staff remembered me! haha! He liked what he heard, but still he wanted to shop around himself. In the end, their great attitude and extensive experience won him over too. He has given me positive feedback since he started his sessions and I know he is happy with his choice. The last of my review involves the electrolysis on my chin that I chose to do this year. I guess they were bound to show up sooner or later. grrrr. :-P I went in for a consultation in trying to determine if laser hair removal or electrolysis would be the best option for me. Since my chin hairs were coming in very light in colour, electrolysis was the best option. Plus it was so inexpensive! The technician who did the work on me turned out to have decades of experience and was very friendly. So far so good with the procedure. All in all, I have never had any issues of any kind with this company and have always left either laughing or with a smile on my face. A great place to feel at ease and take care of unwanted hairs!“
