“Had my first facial at this location yesterday & Alyssaw was simply great. She explained every step, what she was putting on my face and how it would help. She even tweaked the products to be safe with my pregnancy. I left very relaxed. Alyssaw suggest some useful products too. ??I took one star because I was confirmed at the counter that they added my first facial discount but later when I got the receipt it was missing. And unfortunately they don’t have any way of adjusting or refunding it in the same transaction. Hope Skoah can update the systems/ POS for that!“
