They're amazing, always meticulous with their services, they give better quality manicures and pedicures than most other spas in the area and are always reliable to fit you in for an appointment! I'm always pleased with the quality of their care and look forward to returning. A great place run with good energy!Services: Pedicure
My go-to place, they're very accommodating (even if there is sometimes a bit of a wait), great at their jobs (my nails always leave looking amazing) and are always friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!Services: Pedicure
This cute, little nail salon is on Pacific Blvd, right beside David Lam Park, on the same block as the Roundhouse. (Note that half the photos posted of this salon actually depict its older site. The salon is smaller than the photos show, with a different layout, none of the modular bright barstools, and none of the painted green and red walls).I was given a gift certificate for a mani-pedi here by an acquaintance who used to live in the area and who used to go to this nail salon religiously. She raved about it. I haven't been to a salon since pre-COVID, so needless to say, I was in dire shape and I decided, today is the day!I made an appointment on the phone and was greeted warmly when I arrived in the shop. I must've come at a good time, as I was the only customer there, along with the two ladies who work there. (When I left 90 minutes later, there were 3 more customers present). I was gladdened to see that the salon was impeccably clean. And I was impressed by the selection of nail polishes, too.The massage chair was wonderful (I'd kill for one in my home! lol), and my pedi was fantastic. Chi (the tech) was lovely, and seriously, the whole experience was wonderful. The foot basin had a sanitary/disposable plastic liner (I am very conscientious about cleanliness and hygiene precautions, even before COVID, as I used to be a paramedic and I could tell you horror stories about infections from unsanitary nail salons). I appreciated, too, how Chi asked a few times if the water temp was good for me (some places, the water is cool and nobody asks you if you want the temp changed). As for the manicure, I decided to upgrade and get acrylics (after 2+ years of serious neglect, my hands looked like they'd been through a wood chipper). The salon owner did my mani (I wish I had gotten her name). She quoted me a super reasonable price for the add-on full-set of acrylics and she even applied a complementary clear gel top coat. (I have never had gel polish before. Wow, it dries instantaneously and is so shiny. Quite the difference). So the price was very reasonable, and wow, what a HUGE difference the manicure made. I am no longer embarrassed by my gnarly hands. And my feet look and feel amazing. I feel like a whole new person (!). All in all, it was a great experience.
