Imagine feeling on top of the world and strutting around with soo much confidence while listening to Beyoncé with your hair bouncing!Yup, That is exactly what I feel like after having my hair done by Alyson.She is absolutely amazing and has been my go to hair dresser for years now! She is very patient with my thick Indian hair and I was so happy that she was able to give my my dream colour (midnight blue) while keeping my hair healthy. She works absolute wonders and has allowed me to try many different colours and styles.Highly recommended Alyson!!

I've been seeing Alyson for a few years, but most consistently in the last year for my red hair. She did a great job of taking my long black Asian hair to red and managing my expectations. She talked me through the process (as someone who's never coloured my hair before), and even broke down different options for maintenance and upkeep. She does incredible colour work! Zen Den itself is a lovely salon, it's a warm and friendly environment and I always enjoy watching everyone do their work.

I’ve gotten my hair cut with Alyson at Zen Den a couple of times now and it’s always amazing and very consistent! She’s super good with thinning out my thick hair the perfect amount to strike that balance of light and bouncy without affecting the overall structure/shape. The experience is great as well because Alyson is very friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve learned a lot about how to take better care of my hair from her :) Definitely would recommend her!
