I love it.She was kind and explained the whole process to me. I was in Vancouver for vacation and had taught me alot about brow lamination that my current brow tech has not told me. Like not using retinol creams before was appointments.The service and Michelle was top notch. Will definitely come back when in Vancouver again.“

“I wish I had a place like this with a stylist that worked with me. I came in the day before and asked how much just for a trim- no wash, no color, just take off six inches and maybe some layering. They asked me what my pricing was and I told them what was the minimum- I'm a busy mom and I don't want to spend $50+ for a haircut. They told me I could have anything from $25 and up depending on the stylist. I was "awesome, let's do $25 if you have someone available tomorrow." Boom! Fast, simple, friendly, and welcoming environment. I came in with my kid and they were so accommodating to both of us. Oh! Best part, dog friendly! My son was in heaven with the dogs. While I was getting my haircut, I saw the stylist who weren't working entertaining him, he was relaxing with the dogs, chatting up with everyone. Normally I would be nervous he would be creating havoc, but they were so kind to him and didn't make him feel like he was getting in the way. The stylist I had was Hannah and she was darling. So sweet and listened to what I wanted and executed the job. She did amazing and kept checking in to make sure everything was to my liking. I felt amazing and loving my new hairstyle! I've never loved a short haircut this length before. Hannah changed my mind bc she knew what she was doing! Next time I'm up here, I'm going straight to Axis and requesting Hannah and her pink scissors!!“

It’s beautiful, clean, and the hairdressers are really in tune with the social vibe each time I’ve been in - meaning, some days we are yappin the whole appointment, where another day it’s a peaceful mostly silent one. I love not feeling the need to be switched on and chatty every time I come in and appreciate the way their stylists seem to read the room and adjust accordingly. Combined with excellent staff in Rolland, Tania and Kara, their communication is very helpful and makes for a really great customer experience. From a hair cut point of view, Kara is fantastic, always a perfect cut and a free cleanup 2 weeks later. If I move, I’ll make it a point to drive because they also offer free parking underground during the appointment. Can’t say enough good things!“
