“Called Denis in a panic after calling around and getting little to no response from others for a month. I had a leak in my living room ceiling coming from the upstairs bathroom for more than 6 months. I had a week to finish a fairly ambitious renovation and the new floors were going in at the end of the week.
Denis responded within 20 mins and I had an appointment that same day. Not only did he fix that leak, he also looked at a tap in the master bath and found that all the seals had been compromised which would have likely caused a very expensive flood. I ended up having him change all the taps with zero complaint.
