Called Big D in a panic because we just moved in to our new place and found out we had a clogged kitchen sink and no hot water pressure.Denis came the next day and sorted out all our problems, he was fast efficient and a total pro. The price was fair. All around great experience. Would definitely recommend and will use this company in the future.
Burst pipe. Denis came same day, during a snowstorm and crawled under my trailer (which had about a foot of water). I pointed, he said leave it with me, and about a half hour later, I was all fixed up!!!
I had a minor question about a exterior faucet leaking last evening, and called this number, then left a text message just asking a question, and he respectfully called me back right away with some advice, which I really appreciated. Nice and honest.
