“prompt, pleasant, clean, knowledgeable. Did a deeper clean then previous companies and I think this may resolve the odd odor that is consistent thru the winter season. Laid a quilted drop cloth, Lee took the time to make the fireplace surround fit properly. He also discovered an extra wire that was messing up my toggle switch from an easy start on. Very happy thus far with the service. My Thanks to the member of "next door" who recommended them. Also very affordable with a quick appointment time, think that's because it's just before the onslaught of everyone getting ready for fall and winter but was still very happy with the speed of booking me in.
Update: As mentioned was thrilled with work when tech left later I wanted to take the chill off the living room but although the fireplace lit it would not stay on. Called, was given two speculations as source of problem. Was told they would charge another call out fee even tho they state a 30 day warranty. If a part is needed I understand needing to pay for it however when wires were cut prior to checking if part was in the Van stock I believe this should be under their satisfaction warranty. I am trusting once Ginny and I can connect this will be resolved amicably and satisfactorily and in a timely fashion.“
